I will send you a photo of the painting for final approval before shipping

Once the work is started on the painting, the commission cannot be cancelled or refunded

Full payment must be received upfront for custom paintings

Shipping available within the US only at this time

Paintings are carefully packaged and insured

You’ll receive tracking info once it ships

Please allow for extra time for drying and varnishing

Commissions and Custom paintings are non-refundable once the work has begun

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days in original condition

Buyer is responsible for return shipping

I retain the copyright to all artwork

You can not reproduce the artwork in anyway

I may share the finished Artwork in my portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise

I retain the right to sell limited prints of custom artwork

I collect only the info needed to complete your order
